Angeliki was first introduced to pelvic health when her older sister shared her postpartum experience with urinary stress incontinence. Her interest deepened during her own pregnancy with twins, as she navigated pubic symphysis pain, vulvar swelling, and other unexpected challenges. Determined to find solutions, she immersed herself in research and became passionate about helping other moms through their perinatal journey.
Before specializing in pelvic health, Angeliki spent seven years working in trauma and community hospitals in the Bay Area. She has experience teaching outpatient pelvic floor classes and developed a peripartum exercise modification program at a local barre studio. She also works with post-surgical clients, providing support through lymphatic manual drainage and exercise programs.
Angeliki earned her Master’s of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 2016. Her additional training includes:
- OT Pioneers Pelvic Health Training
- Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification
- Barre Intensity Certification
Angeliki lives in the Bay Area with her family, including her five-year-old twins. She loves spending time in nature, practicing yoga, making pottery, and planning family outings that intentionally revolve around pastries.
